Queeny is a “typical” puppy mill release mama who had her last litter of puppies, in rescue. Yes, they have all been adopted, already!
Queeny is not quite ready to go to a new home, just yet, as she is Heartworm positive & requires treatment.

Queeny also needs to be spayed. Her spay has been delayed & her surgery date is unknown.
She is being fostered in Midland, PA, with other dogs & cats. Her foster is recommending she go to a home with another dog & a fenced in yard, is required.
Her applicant must have both of these requirements, to be considered for her adoption. Queeny will require time & patience as she is not used to being a household/family member. Queeny is working on things such as walking on leash, enjoying the outdoors & accepting loving attention from her foster family.
All basset hound/dogs are up to date on vaccinations, altered, and placed on heart worm & flea/tick preventatives prior to being adopted. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application:
