Luna is a 2 year old lemon and white spayed, female Basset Hound who is a puppy mill release. An adopter must have another dog (about her age) & physically fenced in yard.
Luna is a very outgoing gal. She is being fostered with a toddler & two dogs. Luna weighs approximately 40 pounds & thinks she is a lap dog. Luna would like a male dog around her age in her forever home. A meet & greet would be required for any other pets in the home as well as a home check for her adoption requirements. Luna is being fostered with two dogs & a toddler but no cats.
Luna prefers to eat separately from the other dogs in the home as well. Luna loves to be around people, but doesn’t care for car rides too much. She is a super snuggler and prefers to sleep in bed with her foster parents. Luna is continuing to learn the basics of being in a family such as house training (she will need a diligent adopter) & commands. Luna does like her crate, as a plus.
Luna is being fostered in Cheektowaga, NY.
Luna will be available to go to her forever home 12/5. We are accepting & processing applications for her now.
