Spotty Charlie is an energetic, very loving 3 year old basset mix. He would love to have another dog in his pack as he loves to play! His tail never stops wagging. His ideal home would also have a fenced yard so that he can run laps.
Charlie seems friendly with everyone, adults and children alike. He also enjoyed his trip to the groomer! He is a Velcro dog and wants to be with his human all the time. When he goes outside, he likes to have his human with him, even in a fenced yard.
He is currently attending obedience classes and has learned basic commands so far. We have crate trained him and he goes right in his crate without difficulty. He is a good boy!
We believe Charlie would fit in almost any home but feel he would love a more active household!
The veterinarian check will include verifying the applicant’s past/present dog(s) is/are altered (spayed/neutered), current on vaccines (not just Rabies), tested negative for Heartworm & on monthly preventatives.
