Rosco came up from a puppy mill and he’s slowly learning to adjust living in a house with people. He is still shy and timid, he tends to warm up to his foster dad over his foster mom. Rosco does not have any accidents in the house, working on leash walking. Would do best with a fenced yard and another dog in the house.
