Stella (red coat) and Lucy (black and white coat) are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. Stella and Lucy came to the rescue after their previous owner passed away suddenly. They are waiting for their new forever family.
Lucy (black and white coat) is 8 years old and weighs 67 pounds. Stella (red coat) is 7 years old and 71 pounds. They both are working on losing a little more weight for optimum health. They both are spayed, fully vetted, had dentals done in April, tested heartworm negative and are currently on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
Stella and Lucy are house trained. They are great with kids and dogs. They do not require a fenced yard; they usually go outside together on a tie out with their foster family. Stella and Lucy enjoy taking short walks and also just laying out in the yard or on the patio. They like taking baths and are really good with getting their nails trimmed by their foster mom. Stella and Lucy sleep with their human foster sister at night.
During the day, Lucy is content laying on her blanket on the living room floor. Stella will lay with Lucy on the floor; however, she prefers to nap on the couch with Lucy, foster dog brother or any member of the foster family. Stella likes to follow her foster mom around the house.
The girls have mastered the “sit” command in just a couple weeks and are now working on “shake/paw” and “down.” Stella and Lucy want to impress their forever family! 🙂
Please consider opening your heart and home to this pair of sweethearts.
